How do I register?

Firstly, click “sign in” on the navigation bar, then fill in your email address and password on “create account” section. Finally, click the ‘create account’ button.

 

 

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click “My account” on the navigation bar, then click “account details”. Fill in your new password and click the “save changes” button.

 

 

How to edit my personal details, i.e Name, email address, password?

Click “My account” on the navigation bar, then click “account details”. Edit the details you wish to change and click the “save changes” button.

 

 

How to edit my billing/ shipping address?

Click “My account” on the navigation bar, then click “addresses”. Click the “edit” button to start editing your billing or shipping address. Once you have completed editing, click the “save address” button.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. For more information, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

 

 

How long will it take to get my order?

 

  • Fulfilled by Ruwell

All orders will be processed on the same day if the payment is made before 12pm on business day. If your order is placed after 12pm or on non-business day , it will be processed on the next working day. Shipping time also can vary from region to region, but delivery will occur within approximately 1-5 business days.

 

  • Fulfilled by seller

All orders will be processed between 1-2 business days and delivery will occur within approximately 3-7 business days. However, both processing time and delivery time can be vary depending on sellers.

 

 

How do I track my order?

Once payment has been made, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This email will include your order number. You can also go to “Orders” via “My account” on the navigation bar to check order status.

 

 

I haven’t received my order confirmation email, what should I do?

If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours of making your purchase, please drop us an email at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.

 

 

It’s been over 7 days since my order shipped and I have yet to receive anything.
